Jack joined Hein after graduating from Western Illinois University, where he earned his degree in construction management. He first stepped into the company as an intern, working in the field and gaining hands-on experience that grounded his understanding of day-to-day operations and jobsite demands.

As he grew within the organization, Jack transitioned into the office, applying his field knowledge to the civil and structural concrete side of the business. His combination of technical training and practical experience allows him to approach projects with a balanced perspective—supporting teams in the field while contributing to accurate planning and execution behind the scenes.
