Dalton’s career with Hein began while he was attending Bradley University, where he studied Construction Management and joined the company as an intern. After graduating, he returned to Hein full-time as a Project Manager and Estimator in the company’s Building Division, focusing on vertical construction projects.

Over the past several years, Dalton has become a key contributor to the division’s preconstruction and project execution efforts. He is involved in estimating, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and managing the day-to-day needs of building projects, helping ensure quality construction and smooth project delivery.

Dalton continues to grow his expertise and plays an important role in supporting the Building Division’s planning, budgeting, and successful completion of facilities for clients and the community.
