Ciaron Graham
Ciaron’s construction career began well before joining Hein, working on projects throughout Europe starting in 1996. Those formative years exposed him to a wide range of building practices, materials, and project delivery methods, establishing the hands-on foundation and global perspective he brings to his work today.
His journey with Hein began in 2008, when he joined the Building Division working in the field.
As he moved into estimating, he helped expand Hein’s presence in the concrete and civil construction markets, contributing to the company’s growth and strengthening its capabilities across multiple sectors.
In 2018, Ciaron was appointed President. A decade after first stepping onto a Hein jobsite, he now leads the company with the same field-driven perspective that defined his early career. He guides overall strategy, oversees daily operations across all divisions, and ensures teams have the resources they need to succeed.
Ciaron remains committed to the standards that define Hein—responsible cost management, consistent quality, reliable scheduling, and honoring every contractual obligation. His leadership reflects a long-standing connection to the work, the people, and the vision that continue to move the company forward.
Beyond his responsibilities at Hein, Ciaron is active in industry and community leadership. He is a Past President of the Greater Peoria Contractors and Suppliers Association, serves as Chair of the GPCSA Labor Committee, and acts as Lead Negotiator for regional contractors’ union agreements. He is also a Board Member of Better Built and a Commissioner for the Peoria Housing Authority.
