Ciaron began his career with Hein in 2008 working in the field for the building division. He assumed increasing responsibilities for estimating and was tasked with expanding the company's presence in the concrete & civil construction market. In 2018 Ciaron assumed the role of President, where he possesses ultimate responsibility for all strategic and daily operational decisions for Hein's diversified construction firm. Ciaron fulfills an extensive range of executive responsibilities including monitoring of costs, quality control, scheduling, and deployment of Hein's resources. Ciaron is accountable for the implementation of all of Hein’s contractual obligations and implementation of all Hein's corporate policies.
